WORKFLOW From Consultation to delivery
Initial Consultation
A meeting is held based on the floor plan and design requirements. Firs is to understand the requests and match the necessary information such as design concept and budget review to ensure satisfaction in delivery. The scope including project location confirmation, brand image, target clientele, and relevant project information.
Planning
Based on the initial consultation, our design team will come up with the most suitable proposal. The proposal including layout plan, furniture plan, and colour plan. In addition, we support our customer in variety of envisions such as customization on furniture production, provision in technical drawing(3ds/cad), sample review arrangements, perspective drawings and visual.
On-site Inspection
Once the design planning is finalized, will notify all parties to proceed with the design. To ensure the precise outcome site measurements will be taken place, including detailed banquet seats and curtain dimensions. Once all inspections are done will proceed with delivery with on-site adjustments.
Delivery
We coordinate with local contractor and courier team to ensure safe and smooth installation process. Transportation and delivery can be arranged nationwide. We strive to provide one-stop service from delivery, assembly, installation, to final furnishing.

Pursuit of Durability
KAWAJUN conducts Strength tests in accordance with JIS 1032/1203. There is a difference in durability re quire d for contract (commercial use) and home use (household use). K AWA JUN conduct s strength test s in accordance with “JIS S 1032 /1203”. Such efforts will lead to the creation of public spaces where everyone can relax with a peace of mind.
Repeated Impact Test
Confirmation of dur ability and impact resistance against daily sitting. After lifting the tip of repeatedly dropping to the floor. A test to confirm that the legs, seat surface and backrest are not damaged by repeated impacts.
Seat and Backrest Strength Test
Confirmation of strength for daily sitting. Contract Chairs are used by an unspecified number of people in a variety of situations. A test in which the maximum heavy load expected during normal use is applied several times to check for damage.
Static Horizontal/Vertical Force Test on the Armrest
Confirmation of armrest strength for daily sitting. A test in which the maximum heavy load that can be applied to the armrest is applied several times, assuming the load applied to the armrest when standing up and the movement od dragging a chair.
Seat and Backrest Durability Test
Confirmation of durability against daily sitting. Many people sit in contract chairs repeatedly throughout the day. A test to evaluate the strength of chair under conditions where the load expected during normal use is continuously applied to the seat and backrest.
Seat and Backrest Impact ResistanceTest
To simulate the sudden impact caused by actions such as jumping on a chair, a larger load will be applied than during normal use. Assuming that, a test in which an impact object is allowed to fall freely on the seat surface and a hammer is applied to the backrest.
Armrest Durability Test
Confirmation of elbow durability against dairy sitting. A test to evaluate the strength of a chair under conditions where loads are continuously applied during normal use. Assuming use in hospitals and facilities for the elderly, We are increasing the number of tests that evaluate durability.
